OUR HISTORY

In 1998, American expatriate Juliet Lac began a website called pariswoman.com. Meant as a small resource for English-speaking women living in Paris, three years later this home-based operation has exploded, with over 10,000 unique visitors per month. Most of these visitors are wives, mothers and single career women that either through career or fancy, have or will be relocating to Paris. Paris is an expatriate woman's dream town and demand for information about their new city increases daily. As a result, Juliet has organized a team of American women journalists, artists and photographers to write, create and publish the internationally distributed
Paris Woman Journal.

OUR MISSION

Paris Woman Journal enables international
English-speaking women to live, work and networking comfortably in Paris. Our goal is to provide that oft-missing "personal touch" that many ex-pat publications lack. Through articles that speak about women and for women, we aim to close the gap between strangers. Through this Journal we intend to promote warmth and friendliness, a sense of community and inspiration.
